Financial Policy
For your convenience we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express. We deliver the finest care at the most reasonable cost to our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Another option we offer is Care Credit. This is a separate line of credit for health care needs. Twelve month no interest payment plans are available. Insurance Information
At Salmon Creek Endodontics, we work hand in hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures. As a courtesy, we obtain insurance information and confirm eligibility prior to your visit. We will file the claim as a service for you. Most insurance companies will respond with payment within six weeks. Any remaining balance after your insurance has paid is your responsibility.
