We monitor our appointment requests several times a day and will usually reply within one business day during open hours.
Your initial appointment will consist of a consultation explaining your diagnosis and treatment options. In most cases, treatment can be performed on the same day as the consultation. However, a complex treatment plan may require treatment on a separate appointment after the evaluation.
Please assist us by providing the following information at the time of your consultation:
IMPORTANT: All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, artificial heart valves and joints, rheumatic fever, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
Please inform the staff if you have moderate or severe dental anxiety. Our highly trained staff routinely provides sedation for patients resulting in safe, low stress appointments.
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, we may request that they forward them to our office prior to your visit. Additional X-rays will be taken by our office during your consultation and treatment.
