We monitor our appointment requests several times a day and will usually reply within one business day during open hours.
Please follow these instructions in preparation for your visit to our office.
Continue all medications for blood pressure, diabetes, thyroid problems and any other conditions as recommended by your physician. If there is a question, please call our office prior to your appointment.
Please alert the office if you have a medical condition that may be of concern prior to treatment (i.e. diabetes, high blood pressure, etc.) or if you are on any medication (i.e. heart medications, aspirin, anticoagulant therapy, etc.)
If you have been advised by your physician or dentist to use antibiotic premedication because of mitral valve prolapse, heart murmur, hip, knee, cardiac or other prosthesis, or if you have rheumatic heart disease, please make sure you have taken the appropriate antibiotic prior to your appointment. If there is a question, please call our office prior to your appointment.

All patients under the age of 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or guardian at the consultation visit.
Please inform the staff if you have moderate or severe dental anxiety. Our highly trained staff routinely provides sedation for patients resulting in safe, low stress appointments.
If your dentist or physician has taken x-rays, we may request that they forward them to our office prior to your visit. However, several additional X-rays will be taken by our office the day of your consultation and throughout treatment.
