Dr. Aki Take was born in Japan and moved to the United States with her family when she was four years old. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of the Pacific in California, graduating with honors and her Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) degree from the Arthur A. Dugoni School of Dentistry in California, graduating at the top of her class.
Following dental school, Dr. Take completed a one-year Advanced Education in General Dentistry (AEGD) program in Arizona through NYU Langone. She then practiced as a general dentist in Pennsylvania where she realized her passion for endodontics. This led her to complete a two-year residency in endodontics at the University of Illinois Chicago.
Dr. Take is committed to providing gentle, patient-centered care. She is a member of the American Association of Endodontists, American Dental Association, and Washington State Dental Association.
Outside the office, Dr. Take enjoys hiking, running, traveling, being a foodie, and spending quality time with friends and family.
